Designed by architects Tamara and Bernadette Despujols, ARAYA's architecture brings together sophistication and contemporary design with aspects that embrace Florida's tropical weather and the Art Deco history of Miami Beach.
The building's facade has permeable "architectonic walls" that provide privacy and ambiance to the wraparound terrace. These walls are formed by panels with patterns inspired on the typical breeze blocks commonly used on Art Deco buildings of Miami Beach.
