ARAYA
Araya, TBD’s second upcoming project, consists of four exclusive duplex apartments ranging in size from 1700 to 2200 sq. feet and 3 to 4 bedrooms. Araya is where avant-garde design meets luxury in South Beach’s most exclusive residential neighborhood.
Araya features spacious residences accessed by private elevator, with double-height ceilings and over-sized double-height private terraces that extend the living yet provide a feeling of open and private, outdoors space. The whole building is designed to maximize each unit’s comfort and common areas, thereby enhancing the occupant’s quality of life. TBD uses their traditional breezeblocks in this installation as well, in this case to provide spatial divisions and privacy. The building also offers a private rooftop pool.
Araya inspires reflection on the new and complex realities of contemporary living, aiming to promote privacy and serenity with high-end residential interiors and design.
South Beach’s Most Exclusive Residential Neighborhood
Araya embraces the history and environment of South of Fifth.
The neighborhood’s characteristic tree-lined streets and Art Deco architecture are reinterpreted here with architectonic elements, generously sized private terraces, as well as a landscaped rooftop pool terrace.
Marinas & Watersports
South of Fifth’s marinas offer residents the exclusive comfort of having their private vessels close to home or chartering yachts or sailboats for a day of leisure on the bay.
The marinas also offer jet skis, arrange sport-fishing adventures, and provide water taxi service to the excitement of Downtown Miami
South Point Park
Just a few minutes walk from Araya, South Point Park offers 17-acre waterfront green space where residents can enjoy spectacular views over the water. The park’s jogging paths, playgrounds, and boardwalk make it the ideal places to relax, get some exercise, or watch boats sail out to sea.
